Shipping

In North America we offer two basic shipping methods. UPS Standard (3-6 business days) and UPS Express (1-2 business days). Please note that the time refers to shipment date to arrival date not order date to arrival date.

Non-stocking products will only be shipped when received from our supplier. Non stocked items that have been brought in to fill your order cannot be canceled or altered once ordered from the manufacturer. In situations where the product purchased is back ordered, cancellation of the order is possible but a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card.

For shipments destined to countries overseas (UK, Australia etc.), we use UPS Worldwide Express and The United States Postal Service with an average transit time of 4-10 days to most counties.

Please note that overseas shipments may be subject to duties, customs & brokerage fees which we cannot determine or estimate prior to shipment. This also applies to Canadian Customers receiving products from American manufacturers.

For orders with a UPS charge lower than $13 we reserve the right to ship other than with UPS (unless express shipping has been selected).

Returns / Chargebacks

Your satisfaction is important to us.

All returns must be done within 30 days of original purchase, with original invoice and purchase receipt, in re-sellable condition, and will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase was made.

Specialty items, i.e.  items ordered in specifically for the customer, will only be credited upon approval from our vendor, and are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%.

No refunds will be made on “FINAL SALE” items.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us to receive your authorization number “BEFORE” returning any product. Shipments without written authorization may not be credited to your account.

Shipments refused from UPS also will mean you will be subject to both origin & return shipping costs and additional handling costs.

Please note that we do not accept returns on respiratory products, protective clothing nor gloves. This is our policy to ensure the integrity of our personal safety products and ensure they are “tamper-free” and uncontaminated. We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning.

Incorrect and/or unauthorized chargebacks to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) for merchandise that you have ordered will be subject to an administrative fee of $25. AMEX credit cards will be charged in CDN funds
