Course Outline

Classroom / Written Modules – Power Pallet Truck
A professional video/ power point presentation, integrated with an inter-active series of questions, designed to encourage student participation, followed by a 10 question written review.

The course includes sections pertaining to:

-Fork Lift Design

-Energy Sources and Fire Protection

-Maintenance and Inspection

-Use of Lift Trucks

-Case Studies, Accident Investigations (“Wake Up Call “for Young Drivers, as required)

Classroom / Written requirements

If course being conducted at customer site, we would require a boardroom / lunchroom room at your location large enough to accommodate the class.

NOTE – Allow between 1 ½ and 2 hours for the classroom segment.

Practical / Driven Modules 

Instruct operators during walk around inspection for the truck, followed by a driven review

Practical / Driven Requirements:

NOTE – Allow approximately (15) minutes per existing (experienced) driver, and approximately (30) – (45) minutes per new (inexperienced) driver for new drivers.
